We support eSIM profiles and physical SIM cards.
Can I use your service to spam the world? (send unsolicated calls or text message blasts)
No, we do not support this type of traffic. Additionally, please note that our API automatically enforces outbound rate limits on calls and text messages.

What happens if I receive an abuse complaint?
We work with customers to resolve all complaints. If complaints are frequent or serious (phishing, scamming, etc), we reserve the right to suspend the service line or terminate the account.

How do I manage and use my service?
Access is provided using our web dashboard. In the dashboard you can see your inbound calls and text messages, send outbound calls and text messages and manage your account. Additionally, Business and Enterprise Plans add API and webhook integration features.
